The Barrington Springs Homeowners Association has covenants and restrictions on record with Christian County. The covenants and restrictions can be viewed here.
The covenants and restrictions are required to be followed as a resident of Barrington Springs. They will be enforced as needed by the HOA.
Some of the restrictions include:
- No vehicle of any type or other obstruction shall be parked or placed on any street in the subdivision.
- No boats, trailer campers, camper bodies or inoperable motor vehicles shall be allowed to remain in front or side of or on the street or in the front yard of any lot.
- Any outbuilding of any kind shall be of the same exterior as the dwelling and must be kept in the back or rear of the dwelling.
- All building plans for structures and other improvements, including outbuildings and fences to be erected shall first be approved in writing by a majority vote of the Barrington Springs HOA Board of Directors.
- No chain link fences are allowed, wooden privacy fences must be at least four feet high, but no more than six feet high, and no fence of any type shall be allowed in front of the home.
In addition to following the Barrington Springs restrictions, all Barrington Springs residents should follow the Ozark city codes. Any violation of city code can be filed with the city of Ozark by using this form.
Violations of city code include:
- Improper exterior storage
- Illegal dumping
- Long grass
- Noise complaints
- Improper vehicle storage
